Sun Surf Aloha Shirts are carefully and authentically reproduced re-issues of shirts that were created during the "Golden Era" of Aloha Shirts. Sun Surf is a division of a prestigious vintage Japanese clothing company Sugar Cane.
These reproductions are created to be true to the original patterns and artwork, recapturing all the nuances of the original shirt. Even the buttons are recreated in the original style and material that was on the original shirt. Original labels and hang tags are also replicated perfectly.
Sun Surf manufactures their collection only once a year, drawing on their library of several thousand vintage shirts owned by the Company. Most of their distribution goes to vintage clothing stores in Japan with a limited number offered in the United States.
