Two art styles are combined in this California version of a tropical print. Hand painted, well shaded, hanging heliconia flow in multiple directions. Bolder black leaves with white outlines float around the lovely flowers. Mainland manufacturers took liberties to interpret tropical themes and often gave their art an added dimension.
