This short-sleeved aloha shirt, part of the Authentic Hawaiian Print collection made in California, features a kind of fringed hibiscus (Hibiscus schizopetalus), with its wavy Venetian red and canary yellow petals drooping downward. It’s an unusual flower for an aloha shirt design but stunning nonetheless, especially against the black fabric of the shirt. The small green leaves that reach out from a vine that crosses the shirt in every direction add a nice pop of color, too.
