Duke Kahanamoku and New York garment company, Cisco collaborated and created a Duke Kahanamoku sportswear collection together in 1950. Their collection was distributed to better stores across the country.
This is an unusual design with abstract pencil-like scribbles and black blobs on a red background. Duke wore the Cisco Duke Kahanamoku shirts exclusively while his agreement was in force, but we have never seen him wearing this shirt. Duke favored the shirts that were inspired by Hawaii and all her beauty.
