Driftwood Sportswear 001

This shirt has a large fish pattern with coral and white swirls indicating moving water which jumps out of the dark black ground. The bug-eyed, smiling fish creatures have a Jules Verne look about them.  In the late 1940’s Kahala, one of the first shirt factory companies in Honolulu,  had a similar print in their line that no doubt influenced this mainland maker’s shirt.
